Dean was a complete professional when it came to fitting my bathroom. He explained from the beginning what he would be doing and when. He ensured that we were never without amenities over night. The quality of work was first class from the ripping out of the old bathroom ( never any mess left ) to the fitting and tiling of the new. Dean completed the project slightly within the timescale he promised us and to the exact price he quoted us. You can tell Dean takes pride in his work and for 1 person to complete the whole project on his own not relying on other trades is a massive plus. I would definitely recommend Shaw Ceramics

Dean has been great from start to finish. The job had to be held up for various medical treatments and then I changed my mind about what I wanted done. Dean took it all in his stride. I then pestered him with umpteen queries, request s for advice, changes of plan, but each time he just got on with whatever the request was. We even had to postpone the start of work because of a seized stopcock and weird plumbing arrangements in the block of flats where I live, but that was no problem either. His advice on materials and treatments was spot on and I benefited from his many years of experience in a range of trades. And the final result looks great, so you can't do better than that. I have no hesitation in recommending Dean for his workmanship, experience, unflappability, speed of work, excellent price and the look of the overall project. I am very well pleased.

Dean carried out a professional job when he tiled the floor and walls of my bathroom. In the lead up to the work I discussed in detail what I wanted him to do and he gave me sound advice how the tiles would be fitted and how he would cut the tiles around shower assembly. He also advised on aspects I had not considered and his price was what I paid with no extras added on. He gave a start date and he was prompt in his attendance over the three days he was tiling the bathroom. I would highly recommend him to potential customers as he carries out a professional job, is clean and tidy and keeps customers fully updated with the work as it progresses.

Brilliant job on my bathroom by Dean, he was friendly, professional and worked ahead of schedule. I have already been recommending him to friends who are considering bathroom work! Dean was on time everyday and even came out to us on a Sunday when we thought there was a problem leak. I cant recommend him enough and would definately use him again if needed - just wish he did kitchens too! :0)

Dean was a pleasure to have around the house and a top man. I've got a number of properties and Dean will be re-furbing the bathrooms on all of them in the future. He won't cut corners, he listens to the customer and will do his absolute best to give you what you want or make suggestions if he thinks it can be done better. I've told him his prices need to be higher as he delivers a quality that is way above the charge. The bathroom now looks like it should be on MTV Cribs and I love sitting in the bath watching the football. I can't recommend him enough.

We are absolutely delighted. From first contact through to finished job, Dean could not have been more professional, reliable or thorough. His main aim is to ensure that you get an excellent finish, in the best possible time and for the most reasonable price. Dean goes the extra mile, in his own time, to ensure that everything is perfect. He sorted a couple of problems that were not his fault and we didn't know he was there most of the time! A previous comment on here suggested that he should put his prices up and we would have to second that as the service could not have been better! We would not hesitate to recommend Dean and only wish we had asked him to do our en-suite as it cost far more, took much longer and was not a patch on Dean's work.

Dean and his assistant completed the job to an excellent standard. Dean even went to the trouble of seeking out a solution to a problem he did not create. He was flexible to a degree that surpassed any reasonable expectation and the quality of the finish is superb. He is without doubt someone to be trusted. He really understands and displays great customer service from both the practical and human point of view. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. He delivers on any commitment he makes. Dean has just finished a ten day job at our house refitting our main bathroom. I would 110% reccomend Dean and his work and would not hesitate to hire him for any further works we needed. Dean and Alan were a joy to have in our house, on time, reliable, polite and hardworking.
